Every once in a while a really great independent pop
record comes along, and all too often the masses don't
ever get to hear the music. Paul Doucette (Formerly
of alt. rock stalwarts Matchbox 20) has
released his first solo record under the band name The
Break And Repair Method,and Milk The Bee
is just such a record. Filled with lush pop orchestration
and sparkling piano lines, the songs on Milk The
Bee will have you feeling younger, singing along,
and treasuring life in a way that you thought you had
forgotten. This is brilliant music with a vibrancy and
life all its own.
